On the rare occasions that a problem cannot be fixed remotely, we can arrange a site visit from an engineer. We guarantee to provide you with onsite assistance within a pre-specified time. Our expert engineers are trained to deal with any emergency on any system, including Microsoft, HP, Novell, Linux and Dell.

 

On-site visits may be paid for at a one-off hourly rate. Alternatively, you can pre-buy blocks of on-site time to use as and when required. Our aim always is to provide flexible payment and support options to suit every type of business. This is more cost-effective than paying for ad-hoc call-outs, and gives you the peace of mind that in the event of a systems crash dependable help is always at hand.
