Routine Maintenance

"The computer is a working tool..."

The computer is a working tool, and whilst many companies have competent staff who could provide first line support, they would not necessarily have the depth and breadth of knowledge to quickly identify and resolve a problem, because in many instances a problem in one area may well have it’s root cause in another.

By having an annual maintenance support contract with us, you would gain the benefit of having a broad spectrum of specialist help on call to quickly resolve any issues or problems as and when they arose, whilst you remained focussed on your own core business.

By taking on the whole responsibility for maintaining the computer system we would seek to make it as efficient and stable as possible, whether it be hardware, software, or your network
You would also gain in the knowledge that by taking advantage of our fixed price all inclusive contract, you could accurately budget for your maintenance support regardless of the problems that might arise.

A key feature of this Full Service Contract is a monthly routine service visit, where we conduct system performance checks and address minor remedial problems. It is our contention that a programme of good housekeeping and regular equipment monitoring is the best method to ensure computer system stability and reduce the number of emergency fault calls.

Even for those companies with a full time IT department there are occasions when an added resource, for a special project or a routine maintenance programme, can be a very cost effective option.
