Pre-purchased hours may be used as desired by the client for any type of service and can be used as an extra resource for your IT department. The only requirements are that time is used within two years of purchase, and the full amount of time purchased is payable in advance. The cost of time purchased varies in relation to the amount of time you would like to buy.
CSE will provide a full, managed service, and respond as and when needed, as directed by the client, with emergency calls taking priority in accordance with our response commitments. The client receives a detailed breakdown of how and when the time has been used and can therefore have complete control and peace of mind.
On the rare occasions that a problem cannot be fixed remotely, we can arrange a site visit from an engineer. We guarantee to provide you with onsite assistance within a pre-specified time. Our expert engineers are trained to deal with any emergency on any system, including Microsoft, HP, Novell, Linux and Dell.
On-site visits may be paid for at a one-off hourly rate. Alternatively, you can pre-buy blocks of on-site time to use as and when required.
