All telephone requests are logged upon receipt, and where appropriate transferred to an engineer. If none are immediately available, a return telephone call will be made within 30 minutes.

An experienced engineer will provide help and advice, but should it be not possible to resolve your problem over the telephone and engineer would be despatched to site.
