Dear Peter,

I would like to take this opportunity to write and thank you for the consistent support and invaluable advice that we receive from your company.

In the 30 months that we have been using your maintenance support service, you and your excellent team have never failed to fix whatever problem reported.

From taking on our compromised mishmash IT infrastructure at the outset, (which we were ill advised about by our former IT consultants) you have worked steadily with us to reform and upgrade our system to a point where we now have a fully functional server and PC’s, totally appropriate to our needs and with capacity to grow. This has been done with efficiency, flexibility and consulting us fully in ‘laymen’s terms’ so that we were able to understand the recommendations offered. Your engineers never make us feel ill at ease or intimidated and they are always good humoured and patient with us. We hope this relationship will continue to grow along with our business.

So, we look forward to another year of challenges ahead but on behalf of us all at Bio-Productions, I would like to wish you all a Very Happy Christmas and a Bonny New Year.
