Situation

Due to a period of business growth the Elementus IT infrastructure became more important to them. They were in the marketplace looking for a new supplier that could support their IT development and we were successful with our tender.

Objective

To maintain and grow the existing IT infrastructure, to meet the needs of their business and to ensure security and safe remote access for their users. Also to provide specialist support for the IS team at Elementus during business times.

Process

We have worked closely with their IS team to build the infrastructure as the business has grown. We have identified and recommended various solutions, such as email systems including email security/filtering and internet security solutions.
