Total Orthodontics is a unique group of specialist orthodontists and a market leader in the provision of orthodontic care.
Our client operates from ten locations throughout Kent and Sussex. One of their practices needed to move into larger, purpose designed premises which required secure data transfer project management and implementation.
Business Objective

• To design an IT infrastructure to match the expanded ‘state of the art’ practice facilities.
• To manage the safe transfer of all existing data from the old to the new practice.
• To set up a group email policy, based on a new Exchange Server installed as part of the new practice infrastructure.

Solution and Implementation

We worked with the client and builders during the design stage to create a system that would meet their exact requirements in the new premises.

We supplied and installed a complete and secure network, including a centralised e-mail system that managed the mail for all locations. Site to site VPN’s were set up to allow the other office locations access to the new Microsoft Exchange server.

Client Outcome

In a fast expanding business the client needed common and safe systems working across all of their practices. CSE achieved this efficiently and without disrupting the email and information flow.
